What is the process to request a RMA for a BW Technologies product?

If you have an instrument that needs to be sent in for repair, the proper course depends on whether you are a distributor or an end-user.

If you are an end-user, contact the distributor from whom you purchased the instrument.  They can process an RMA for you.

If you are a distributor, you have three ways to proceed:
  1. Send an email to BWA.RMA@honeywell.com (For US) or BWC.RMA@honeywell.com (For Canada and not LA customers). 
  2. Go to our Website  and Register for the RMA Portal.
  3. Call 1-800-323-2000 and select option 2 for Portables and then option 3 for Returns, Repairs and Warranty.
If you are a Brazilian distributor, please contact the support team sending an email to support.his@honeywell.com
For Latin American distributors (except Brazil), please send an email to soporte.his@honeywell.com

We need the following information:
  1. Full contact information, including Name, Company, Address, Phone Number, and Email address.
  2. Serial Number of the instrument that needs repair.
  3. Reason for repair.
  4. If this is for a Warranty replacement request, please include part number, part serial number, and fault description
*If you are using the website and are unable to find your product, please contact BW Technologies Systems by phone at the number above selecting Option 2 for Portables then Option 3 for Returns.
